Volunteer Service Week
February 22 – February 28

Urban League Partners with Volunteer Hampton Roads
to Support Community Service

Celebrate Black History Month and continue honoring the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. with us by joining Serve2Change Volunteer Service Week, a collaborative between the Urban League of Hampton Roads and Volunteer Hampton Roads.

Through service, we can change our community for the better one project at a time. We invite individuals, businesses, groups, faith-based organizations, and schools to join us.

The Serve2Change Volunteer Service Week starts Monday, February 22 and culminates on Sunday, February 28, 2021 with a virtual community conversation.

Explore the diverse volunteer service opportunities by visiting Volunteer Hampton Roads, a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting the talents and resources of volunteers to people and organizations in need of a little extra help.

With COVID-19 in mind, volunteer service projects will range from at home and virtual events to small group opportunities. Join us for the culminating virtual event and share your experiences during a community conversation “What It Means to Me to Serve the Community.” Click here to learn more about service opportunities.

Register for the online community conversation February 28 from 5 to 6 PM.

Service is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
