As an auxiliary of the Urban League of Hampton Roads, ULHRYP works to advance the mission of economic empowerment, social equality, and leadership development for our community.

Our mission is to support the Urban League of Hampton Roads in promoting and sustaining economic empowerment, equality, and social justice for African Americans and other underserved communities. What We Do
