Urban Wellness Programs

Our Urban Wellness programs are designed to support mothers, college students, and individuals looking to improve their nutrition and overall health. Through engaging workshops, informative resources, and personalized guidance, we empower participants to make healthier choices that benefit themselves and their families.

Whether you are seeking parenting tips, stress management strategies, or nutrition education, our Urban Wellness programs provide the tools and support you need to lead a healthier, happier life.

Mother Baby Wellness

We are partnered with Zina Brockman of the MotherBaby Wellness Center and Bon Secours Community Health Hub in hosting a series of Mother-Baby Wellness Community Baby Showers. These events are all about empowering pre- and post-natal moms, offering a holistic, self-care retreat focused on their unique needs. Expect a day filled with valuable information, relaxation, and fun for moms and their support systems.

Mindful Nutrition

Join us for Urban Wellness: Mindful Nutrition, a 4-week class series focused on the connection between mental health and food wellness. This interactive program includes cooking demonstrations, gardening tips, and discussions on tackling food insecurity. We recently expanded beyond Portsmouth to support families across the Hampton Roads region.
